Contest Brief

I need this logo updated. The way that it is now is too complex. It needs to be more simple, especially with the lightning bolts. It should be the same concept of the red and blue VS with lightning bolts but able to be reproduced as just a black and white image and still look good. I have attached images of some ideas and styles that I like in the examples.zip but you are free and encouraged to submit your own ideas. Plagiarism will lead to your entry being disqualified along with all future entries. I most likely wont rate your entries so that other participants wont copy your 5 star design, but I will leave constructive feedback on designs that i like. If I choose an excellent design, the winner will receive additional work. Good luck!

EDIT!!!!: I do not like the lightning bolts that are on the current logo. The lightning bolts need to be changed to be more versatile for printing and vinyl decals etc. Maybe making the lightning bolts MUCH more simple and possibly combining them with the letters somehow.

EDIT!!!!: Do not be afraid of coming up with a new and improved version of the logo. I am very open to your ideas.

Instead of you guys trying to create the small lightning bolts, why not try one large and simple lightning bolt between the V and the S. See new attached image.

I would like to see the lightning bolts incorporated. I have attached some concepts that I like. Not looking for exact copies either.
