Logo needed for HR Blog

Contest Brief

Hello! I'm looking for a talented designer to create a logo for my Human Resources blog called Pepp-hr. The logo should be minimalistic. For colours, I like white, peach, rose gold, tan, pink, etc. Something along these palette lines. key words are - Passion. Purpose. Empathy. Inspirational.

The mascot should be cute, simple, and visually interesting. Below are photos of the dog I would like as the mascot. He is kinda fuzzy. He is black but the logo doesn't have to be black. Just resemble him. I'm looking forward to working together with someone who can help create an amazing logo and mascot for this project!
