Contest Brief

I want a logo for my square neighborhood association that its mission is to improve and enhance the quality of life, renew pride, and promote community awareness by coming together through an authentic resident voice on issues of beautification, homeownership, safety, security, and resident driven concerns. Me and my neighboors will take care of our place, the garden, paint the chairs, take care of the park, make events.
The name of our city here in Brazil is Águas Claras and the name of the square neighborhood association will be Praça Sabiá. I want an elegant logo.

The city is known for its building and a park that is in the middle of it. Sabiá is a beautiful bird like the photo.
I want the colors of the pallet attached.
