I Would like a total Revamp of the logo

My company is Intelligent Computer Services
We deal with anything under the IT services.
I would like to totally revamp my companies logo.
Current logo is @ http://www.intelligence.com.sg/NewLogo.png

I would like a very professional logo to be designed as the above logo was designed poorly .
Only serious designers who take their designing seriously to design. Please dont waste your time if you're designing for the fun of it.
The logo has to be eye catchy and match a little of my website, as this logo will be used not only for my website.
Please do not include any " reflections " of the logo below.
