Contest Brief

Hi Guys,
I have this logo that i want to improve. I want it to be simple as it's now, but I need some originality on it: Since the logo is about a news website dedicated to Mayors and Cities I would love to have something that illustrate a city ( building, road, ...etc ) or human form...etc
You can keep the actual colors or you can come up with better colors. But again keep in mind that i need something really simple. Thanks.
