I'm searching for a skilled architect who can design a 12-hectare lakeside site, delivering design in Autocad and also a 3D sketch is desirable. This site should be divided into 20 lots, with multiple facilities in the common areas.

Key Features Needed:
* Area separation: Devise a layout to separate the land into 20 individual lots.
* Common area design: Incorporate a playground, a paddle court, a wild forest (existing), an access guard, and a boathouse in the common area.
* Boathouse specifics: Design the boathouse to include a leisure and gathering area along with boat storage facilities.

Ideal design concept:
The layout should uphold a 'natural and organic' theme, reflecting harmonious integration with the lake surroundings.

Skills and Experiences:

  Total plot is 12 hectares (120.000 sq meters). Each of the 20 plot should be similar, I assume about 3.000 sq meters each plot to allow for common areas, roads and the forest in the middle (see kmz for exact location and get a feeling for the place)
