Industrial Business Showcase Wall

Contest Brief

We want a Showcase Wall designed with an infographic and with photos advertising our company services. The wall for the Showcase is at the main entrance to our business. Our company is APCO Inc. We are a control systems integrator for industrial factories, refineries, and other industrial manufacturing facilities. We will need all illustrator and other source files from the chosen winner.

Overall Design: The wall for the showcase is blue and is roughly 90 inches tall and 87 inches wide (see attached picture with exact measurements). Your showcase design should have MULTIPLE SEPARATE ELEMENTS, including 1. A infographic listing APCO's services and with the APCO name and logo, and 2. Multiple photos of industrial manufacturing. The attached template is meant to provide an example, but your design can change the size, number, orientation, photos, and layout of the showcase. WE PLAN TO PRINT THE FINAL DESIGN ON ACRYLIC, SET ON STAND-OFFS.

1. Infographic - Design an infographic listing and describing our company services. The attached infographic template includes the text content to use on your infographic design. Your infographic should be a large part of the showcase, but can be different dimensions from the template.

2. Photos of Industrial Processes - We want multiple photos of different types of manufacturing processes. Important examples include water or wastewater treatment, assembly lines, and oil refining. Examples are attached. You are welcome to use your own photos! We have imagined 3-5 of these photos in the Showcase, but you are free to change sizing, number, orientation, and layout.

    The wall paper is feeling a little flat. We plan to print all or at least pieces of the final design on acrylic with stand-offs away from the wall. We prefer unframed designs, but you could set the entire design on acrylic.

    All, would you please render part or your entire design on acrylic on stand-offs? You can consider still using some wall paper. I am open to other suggestions. Please ask if you want clarification on what I mean.

    The same front foyer room of our office has a large logo on raised aluminum. I attached pictures to get you thinking.

    I am planning on keeping the contest open until the end. Thank you all for your hard work. It shows. A lot of great designs have been submitted already.

    I will allow a lot of creative freedom on this project. You are welcome to change colors, layout, almost anything you want. I have provided you with the text content (on the template design), but let me know if you want more text content.

    Just know that this is in the lobby of a business, so the design needs to look conservative and professional.

    I have included 3 APCO logos. You are welcome to adjust the color of the logo to match the infographic colors you choose. I am happy to let you know if I like a color scheme you choose.
