Contest Brief

I need an illustration or graphic of a welder holding a welding lead with just pants, boots, and a welding hood on, no gloves or shirt, I attached a picture that has the look I'm going for. I added a picture of the shirt mockup with a generic clip art welder. I would consider simple art like that, minus the protective gear, but will most likely go with something a little more detailed like the other picture. I will need the file in AI EPS or PDF

I want whatever looks best on a black background, I'm leaning towards colour fill, but am open to whatever you think will look best on a black shirt with white text above the illustration.

Im not too committed to the style, it is for a shirt Im designing that says " been welding so long my skin is fr" FR means fire resistant, referring to FR clothing welders wear. So it is meant to be funny and doesnt have to look quite so tough. As far as mask up or down, whatever you think is best for the described application.

So you'd like the welder posed with his mask up, as per the example you've sent? Are you committed to this style, or are you open to entries that look less tough, and more cartoony? If so, I'll make an entry.
