Contest Brief

I need logo design for a company.
Design requirements:
1) CanCrew - company's name must be incorporated into design
2) Since this is a Canadian Company some affiliation to Canada must be present. Hint: through a use of a Canadian Leaf, and/or red colours.
3) The company specializes in INSTALLATIONS of balcony railings/guard systems in mid to high rise apartment buildings.
4)Almost all jobs require a use of Suspended Work Platform Systems (swing stages) .
