Contest Brief
Our objective is to develop a user-friendly HR dashboard that provides management with valuable insights into people movement, enabling informed decision-making regarding our workforce. The primary data source for this dashboard will be Workday. Furthermore, we aim to incorporate relevant market trends to offer a reference point for our analysis.

People Movement:

-Involuntary termination
-Promotions (in line / new role)
-Transfers (new manager, location change, etc.)
-Bonus payout – SIP / CC
-Headcount per country/function/cost center

Demographics:
-Gender
-Generations
-Tenure
-Job level (staff, professional, sr. professional/supervisor, manager, sr. manager, director, sr. director, VP, Sr. VP)

-Individual contributors/People leaders
Three-year trend analysis:

Ideally, the information should be filterable by location, cost center, supervisory organization, and company name.
