Contest Brief

I am seeking an experienced graphic designer to create a classic logo for Helgeson Real Estate. The ideal color scheme is not yet decided so I'm open to ideas, although it's likely we'll settle on a black and white theme. The key elements to be included in the design are flexible as well, so feel free to include anything you feel may work best.

The ideal candidate for this project would have:
