I am looking for a fun Youtube editor who can create fast-paced and energetic videos for me on a recurring basis. I prefer someone who can work quickly and efficiently, while still producing high-quality content.

Hey!

I'm looking to hire an editor for my video series of real estate home tours that I do with my wife. These videos are meant to have a lot of personality in them - so I'm looking for an editor who knows how to add the fun moments that we have on camera with the informational moments as well. People should feel good after having watched these home tour videos!

Up until now, I've edited them myself.
But I have other projects popping up, so I've decided it's time to hire an editor! Maybe it will be you!

I will select a winner of this editing contest on Saturday, June 24th
That person will get paid $100

In addition, my hope is that we will be able to continue working together.

We typically need 1-3 videos edited each month. Has the potential to expand down the line as I do other video work on social media.

Here are the details of the contest!

1. Edit the provided footage into a 5 minute (ok if it's a little less or a little more) video. *not every video needs to be included. Likewise, not every room needs to be highlighted. I'm looking for an editor who can look at the footage and have a good skill for storytelling and keeping a good, fun pace to the tour. We definately *do* need the intro where we mention the Real Estate Company that I do the views for ("sponsored by Desrochers Realty Group")
2. Provide me the video in two different formats - 16:9 (for youtube) and 9:16 (for tiktok/instagram)
3. Use royalty free music throughout - multiple different songs is preferable!
4. Add some fun! Again, I want these to be fun for the viewer, so if you have ideas to make the edit more fun and engaging, please do!
5. Please edit it in 1080p

Ideal Skills/Experience:
- Experience editing fast-paced and energetic videos
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Good eye for detail and ability to create visually appealing content
- Experience with creating engaging content for social media platforms such as Youtube.
