Contest Brief

Design a logo for "Franklin Venture Capital" using the below images as your inspiration. I will need the files in all formats, in layered .psd, .jpg, and vector files.
The style should look vintage or old, not neon or new.

I will need black and black/white, white/black, and colored, in all filed formats as well. The Final screenshot is interesting because it is the the bust of Benjamin Franklin, with the shape of the liberty bell. I don't want to copy it, but it is a good idea.

    Also, the Bell under the snake is the Liberty Bell, which is also a symbol of the American Revolution, and is a symbol of Philadelphia (the first Capital), where Benjamin Franklin lived. The company is a Philadelphia based company.

    The "Join or Die" Snake was Designed by Benjamin Franklin during the American Revolution. The snake is not significant unless it is in 13 pieces, which represent the 13 American colonies under British rule. It is significant because Benjamin Franklin Designed it. The company is "Franklin Venture Capital".
