Contest Brief

Hey Everyone,

we are in need of an awsome 2-sided flyer (DIN-A5 Dimension) design to kick-off our e-liquid brand Vaquid.

WHAT IS OUR PRODUCT? We produce a high quality/upper class e-liquid Made-In-Germany for the asian market. Our line consists of 5 Flavours: German Royal, Iced-Candy, Pommegranate-Orange, Cola and Peach-Maracuja. Thus we seek a promotion flyer to hand out/lay out in hot spots, coffee shops and retail stores. It should be a clean, sleek and fitting design to let people know what Vaquid (BRAND NEW, Made In Germany, Vaping Liquid are the key words here) is and to guide them into checking us out online @ www. vaquid.com.

What we have in mind is the following:

- Darkish background (black to grey with or without some pattern in it) with a brushed metal surface or some other clean/stylish/modern/luxury style or you can also work with smoky effects so that its clear that the flyer is about vaping
- Front side should have on it : Brand/logo name (see attachment), website (www.vaquid.com), German Flag (see label attachment) and some sort of slogan on it like: "The Next Vaping Experience" or "Taste The Difference" or "Taste The Quality" or "Vape the Premium Class" - all writings/logos etc should be ingraved(carved) into the mettal surface and shine through with a golden lettering

Writing Used for Logo = Iris UPC

- Backside of the flyer should be really simple just like the packaging of the product itself and have Logo/ Brandname, website and text according to the attached file. Positions can changed if it fits better with the design.

What we want to have in the end: Photoshop/InDesign or even better CorelDraw raw data with the design so we can make smaller changes to it afterwards or add sth.

  Excuse our late reply, we've been really busy - so far you are definately our favourite - just gave you some feedback. Will give you another message tomorrow morning. We extend the Contest for another week as we are waiting for professional fotos of our product line which will be finished by the end of the week and which we would like to have on the flyer. If we will not get any competition from other designers that appeal our imaginations we think about closing earlyer though and making a deal with you finishing still the front page after we get the images of our products if that works for you.

Do we need to use exect images of logo or we can make recreation in 3d with gold effect? I'm having some nice idea and think that you would like it :)

The motto of the flyer should be "less is more" to keep it clean and elegand. The information is restricted to Brandname/Logo, (point out that it's )NEW, website, some suttle hint that its made in germany (e.g. flag somehow integrated into the design or written is also fine), (and maybe a slogan like "taste the sensation" ).
