You should send me the a sketch first in 3 to 4 hrs and the final workflow in 24 hrs. Use Microsoft Visio

The topic is Feedback Process for SBN it’s in healthcare domain for medical device.
I have the video call recording of the applications.
Can u derive a process flow?

i have the user story for feedback task.
and in this call recording they have explained some new steps which our team can update the acceptance criteria

but i need a process map design workflow.

This diagram is the complete process of recall- but i need to take out the feedback task diagram separately.
In call recording u may heard one word MDR which is called As Medical Device Reporting.
The user who will be working on this request is known and GSM- Global Safety Manager.

but our focus will be only on Feedback task- MDR is just an example. in the user story u can search for feedback task this may help u too.

Start ur diagram from 2.1 before that its nut required, as a 1st step u can mention after 2.1 will be whether country is affected or not.
as of now we r only considering feedback task and request.

SBN- Safety Board Notification
GSM Can see the feedback task and only the LSO part of the que can also see the task and in the feedback request 2nd we want quee approach for report
3rd we need to show submit to approval status workflow status for feedback task for GSM and then GSM will complete the task and it will be locked and if something is wrong then after submitting then GSM can re-open the task
4th- Business would require an approver button however our tech team approved that we will provide a button to approve only for GSM5th record type for all object-Affiliates answer the initial feedback that they are affected and then final feedback is assigned. and then Affiliate came to know that we are not affected then GSM can void the record type. Can we give a button to check all the record type
