Contest Brief

We have recently redesigned our website (http://www.elkousysportsmd.com/) and I am looking for a developer to take it from great to amazing.

We are seeking a developer with an excellent eye for design and who can implement clever features, design improvements, code optimizations, enhanced SEO, and anything else that can make the website (1) beautiful, (2) easy to use, (3) mobile friendly, and (4) optimized for search engines. We are open to the use to professional website templates, as long as it is a significant improvement of our current design. Please note that the use of any templates must be included within the contest price.

Objective: Thoughtful improvements to the site's (1) appearance, (2) functionality, and (3) search engine optimization

Development will need to be done on your server, as to avoid any downtime.
Developer must provide a backup of the site before project initiation and after project completion.
At the end of the project, developer must update Wordpress installation and plugins to ensure compatibility.
Please review our current website to learn more about our medical office and the services we provide. The new design must at least include the content currently on our website.
Instead of "Make an appointment" on the home page. If that item is included on the new design, we would want it to say "Request an appointment."

You'll have complete freedom in terms of enhancing our website, and the successful contestant will be one who can make thoughtful suggestions on how to improve upon the current design and functionality of the site. I of course will support your efforts with content and images, however you will need to take the lead. I will be fully relying your ability to identify and resolve issues with minimal oversight and involvement from me.

Finally, the contest winner will have an opportunity for continued work on future web projects. Thank you, and please let me know if you have any questions.
