      Jackfruit Pulled "Pork" in Bao Buns

      Jackfruit (roughly 2 large cans), in water or brine
      1 tbsp olive oil
      1 medium yellow onion peeled and chopped
      3 cloves garlic peeled and finely diced
      1 cup of bbq sauce
      2 tbsp peanut butter
      1 tbsp maple syrup
      1 tbsp white rice vinegar

    i like it, except for the tongue bit, and the bottle that has honey it to be removed (i will get complaints as it isn't vegan ingredient because it comes from animals "bees") apart from that. i love it. I have 2 more entries I am waiting on. but at this moment in time I love your edit the best.
