Contest Brief

I am a Realtor and I need a logo and some other graphic design for my business. I live in Toronto, so the design would ideally be somewhat Toronto related ie. CN Tower symbol in the back or it can be just simply be the initial wit Nissari Home Real Estate. Please see attachment first before designing something.

I request not to waste your time by copy cut approach. If you don't design the logo from scratch then there is no point to submit cuz I won't accept it. I want genuin logo with copyright so I don't have to deal it later legally.

Things I would like in the design:
- Simplicity
- Clean
- Modern
- Luxury

Things I won't want in the design:

- Too much color
- Too busy
- Too much graphic/pics/symbols etc.

I have attached some pictures of other realtor logos that may inspire you. These pictures are all my favorite and I want something similar to that.
