  Dear Contest holder, just to let you know that the style you're asking for requires detailed illustrations. To illustrate 1 card might take from 2-3 up to 8-10 hours depending of the complexity of the design and the personal ability/experience of the designer. If you want a professional level of design I don't think $150 is enough, unless as Natasa said is for 1/2 cards to test the level of the designs and pick up your favourite illustrator.   Are googled images allowed to be used in your contest? I see most images used are taken from the net.

  Hi, is these all your budget for 52 /53 of 54 ( you didnt wrote how many jocker you need) cards, or you need one sample or two to choose designer and than you will agreed fee who mach scope of the work. Tnx
