Contest Brief

We are planning a new property development office in Ios island Greece. Our brand name Is “EN2 DEVELOPERS“. We need some ideas about the interior design and also the 3d render images. The AutoCAD file dimensions are in centimeters.

The design requirements of the property development office interior are:

• Two working office desks or a double one
• Cabinet or bookcase for areas separation
• Visitors and Meeting chairs
• Lighting
• Presentation tv screen for the front window showcase
• One or two flowers pots
• Minimal wall paintings or decoration
• Coffee bar with mini fridge
• Meeting table and presentation tv screen
• Visitors sofa with a small coffee table 1,80 Χ 0,80

Except the interior we want some design about the two showcases windows and the entrance of the office.

You will deliver AutoCAD file for your design and the 3D render images from different views.
