Hi
I need you to design me a 3d Box Cover, like this example here:

1.Put my 3d model that I have attached on front cover (VorteXzTheGOD FILE)
2.Use my 3d logo I have attached here that says VorteXz Gold Signals, delete GOLD and SIGNALS word and put INDICATOR word on bottom of it, so it looks like VorteXz Indicator and put it on Front cover as well (VorteXz Gold Signals logo attached)
3. Put this CHART PICTURE somewhere on front cover, somewhere on a small spot, also on the left side of the box : https://gyazo.com/c7c2465efc41bcf4c8bb5ff4ddd363ba
3.Put a cd with same pictures near the box, like in the picture in the gyazo file in this description

This is easy contest where you can make some quick $, I will choose the winner as fast as possible because I need this by tomorrow
