Design Logo for Apartment Complex

Contest Brief

Seeking a logo for a new Apartment Complex in Southern California, USA (Redlands, California). Client is building 281 new luxury apartments. It includes amenities such as dog park, gym, pool, media room. We want a high-end look!

They are naming the apartments “The Summit Apartments”. It speaks to the major mountain ranges near the development, San Gorgonio Mountain which is located in the San Bernardino National Forest. This is near Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear, popular ski & snowboard mountains nearby. The mountains are typically snow-capped during the winter, it’s a beautiful sight from where we are located.

I have 3 colors that I am trying to use to match neighboring projects: Red (123,34,168), Green (0,98,36), and Orange (222,121,27). Obviously we are happy to use black and white as accents and we can even vary from one of the colors but I would definitely like to use 2 of the 3.

We may hire the finalist to do some minor modifications. In order to be considered you must submit vector artwork with layers in Adobe Illustrator.
