Contest Brief

We currently have a display stand and require to redo this with our new logo (attached).

The company is a renewable company , wind turbines , solar panels etc.

The stand has 6 panels and they were each 653mm wide x 2130mm tall
So design needs to set the artwork up at a quarter of the size at 300dpi - ie a file 979.5mm wide x 532.5mm wide at 300dpi resolution
A TIFF or high res PDF will be fine

I have attached the current image we are using "RDI-EXHIBITION-STAND3.jpg"
Example of the type of stand but graphics on this is nothing to do with this project just an example"blue pop up.jpg"

All the other images are of the current van wraps which will be getting changed but through it would give an idea

So we need to add the new logo and change the background, the other small logos can stay off as will add this ourselves as these logos are changing all the time.

We need text fields in this also but again need the ability to change this ourselves or finalize the design with the winner.

Need the address on the panel as it is now maybe different fonts?

Just need one big file, no need for any bleed or to split into the panels as we will do that.

Also have a small pedestal case which is 800mm high x 1725mm wide - so do the same with that and set the file up 431.25mm wide x 200mm high
Also forgot to mention that the sides of the image need to have a space the same as the old example as this is where it would curl round the cornet of the stand.
