I have attached PSD for company logo and image with some sample data.

You can change layout of data as you see fit it doesn't have to be exactly as in "business card info.png".

Use colors that match logo: orange, black, white..

Update: Even tho Logo PSD has multiple color variations ONLY use orange/black logo/text combination.
