Design and Floor Plan for Clinic

Thank you for considering my project! I have attached a blueprint below (my space is on the LEFT only). This is currently an open plan space with two pillars. I need a reception area upon entry with about 6 seats and a small kid's play area, 5 offices, and one conference-sized room. One of the offices is a stock and product repair room so it can be quite small, it will be used daily by employees that have their own offices. This room needs to be easy to access from the reception area and does not require windows. Sound control is of vital importance. While sketching this out myself, I had trouble with the hallway and accessibility because of the pillars and sound control issues. I want offices to be large and awesome, but the hallway needs to be purely functional with controlling sound as top priority. The hallway needs to allow for a large stroller or wheelchair to comfortably use it. I'd love to see furniture within your design to help me scale it! Make me the coolest offices on the planet where my epic employees deserve to spend their time while helping their patients. No exam tables/traditional doctor equipment will be present.

What is most important is the actual measurements of the space. I noticed the columns are much larger and their location is important. Dimensions are needed for windows and their location. May I suggest that you choose a person you have confidence in as a designer and work directly with that person. For the fee given, my sketch is only to show my capability and unless direct "CHAT" is activated within Freelancer, your comments can not be carried out. Good luck in your choice....Ronald A.

Hi Ronald, I posted this project because the building manager requires a layout of what I intend to construct. I have been assured it does NOT need to be exact for them. The contractor will adjust measurements slightly as needed. I appreciate your feedback, but I can see you misread the description of the repair room, as I previously mentioned. If you addressed that, I have not seen it. I appreciate your entry and work, but I am going to see more entries before deciding.

I've added another attachment. Based on the sound levels in the building, could entries accommodate these placements for two of the four offices and the conference room? The other rooms are flexible.

Thank you for your excellent questions everyone. I am going to print out the blueprint and make a couple notes on it to clarify. I so appreciate your time and I'm very impressed by your entries! I appreciate your patience. I will give you individual feedback shortly. I want my expert to give me her opinion so that I can give you all feedback at one time. I want to avoid you doing more work than you have to. Thank you!

Hello, may you clarify a number of things, such as:
Is each room for one employee?
What are the needs in each room for each employee?
What is the height of this room?
    Thanks!

Hello! Thank you for your questions. Four offices for four employees, one small repair room (chair and worktable, storage) which all employees sometimes use for brief periods daily. Each office will need a desk, shelves, a chair for employee and two chairs for patients. I'd like the four offices to be large, there will probably be space for a sofa. The rooms are 8 feet tall. The conference room would be standard size (google suggests around 22' x 12′10").

I see you now have 4 offices, not five. I feel you have to make a choice of who you wish to work with and discuss in detail, the type of specialty and equipment to allow for . This is a very demanding project as you will note from my sketches. Your comments are appreciated. Ronald A.

Hi Ronald, thank you for the feedback! I am sending entries to be reviewed by my experts (employees) to ensure spaces would fulfill their needs. I apologize if I was unclear in my original description--I had no intention of confusing or wasting anyone's time! It the description it says "I need a reception area upon entry with about 6 seats and a small kid's play area, 5 offices, and one conference-sized room. One of the offices is a stock and product repair room so it can be quite small." So what I mean by that is four large offices, one small repair room. I'm impressed by your entry and will respond shortly with details from my expert :) thank you again.

I have added photos of the space and our color palette (if you wish to add design). To clarify, I’m looking for a floor plan of four offices, one conference room, one stock/repair room, and a reception area. Thanks!
