Columns must be :

3. Size
4. Qty ( Quantity )
5. Amount

At the End there must be " AMOUNT IN WORDS "

Discount
TOTAL

Signature for Company and Customer

Attached is my Letterhead Top and Bottom Images which must be in Header and Footer
Must be in 1 Page in Portrait Orientation and Excel Format.
