Contest Brief

We need to design a UI for an innovative hotel booking interface that combines a chatbot interface to make bookings more friendly, flexible and streamlined.

The UI is intended for room(s) reservation at a specific hotel (NOT a multi-hotel reservation website like booking.com).

The goal is to drive the user to make a booking (including all 'standard' hotel booking information as visit dates, guests number and age ranges, room(s) selection, complete payment, etc.), but the new UI should offer a combination of a 'standard' reservation UI with a chatbot supported UI - and through the reservation flow the user can select his desired interaction/interface to complete the order (as well as switch between the options).

The chatbot's main benefit is that it can accommodate flexible requirements through conversational interaction (e.g. - if the guest wants to find the best price over a range of dates, or if the guest has specific requirements for the room, etc.).

The chatbot UI should be wisely and nicely integrated in the booking flow. The user should feel he is better treated and personally served by the chatbot (v.s. a standard 'cold' booking system).

The chatbot interface should also be able to show room options, with nice photos, specify room details, pricing etc.

Additional requirements:
1. The UI should be both mobile and desktop friendly.
2. The UI should nicely fit into the hotel 'standard' homepage design.
3. Delivery should be in Figma, it should better include an animated 'Preview' mode on Figma to illustrate the interaction.
4. The design should be modern, friendly and innovative.
