I want to improve the user interface/main menu on my WordPress website - http://bit.ly/1bm1Pwd

There is an existing drop down menu but it looks ugly, I want something modern, stylish and that shows the current page that the user is on (ie what page is selected, its not done at all currently and looks ugly, perhaps dark pressed when on that page?)

I do quite like the extra informational menu here:
http://www.reviversoft.com/

But then again if you can do a modern, clean, simple one I'd like it equally as much.
