Contest Brief

Need a logo for a new "serviced office" business, Warringal Offices.
Would like to incorporate a winding river and a tree/trees into the logo. We are in Australia so the trees should probably look like eucalyptus trees (gum trees) - so NOT pine/fir trees, palm trees or deciduous trees.
Colours probably include green, yellow/gold and blue.
The logo should probably have an office building incorporated as well as the river and trees. The office building is only two stories high (photo attached) - it is not a tall tower.
