Contest Brief

I am looking to design an application to help people find temporary employment in the maritime industry. At this stage I require a logo to be applied to my welcome page. The logo shall incorporate the app name "Dayworker" and the Victor flag (see attached documents for example) I am looking for a fresh, clean and contemporary design.
