Contest Brief

I want a logo for my company, named "TURNKEY Properties", established in Athens - Greece and providing integrated Property Mgmt., Consulting & Valuation services plus Golden Visa Services for immigrants property owners in Greece. My initial idea was something like the attached files (i prefer a mix of TP logo 1 and the other two) and my favourite colours is blue, blue dark and gold. We give an extra 20 euros award to the winner -if any- in order to get the rights to use the logo.
