Contest Brief

Design a logo for a Property Development Company looking to build an image in producing thoughtfully designed and quality constructed products. We specialised in high quality residential dwellings.

The logo needs to be simple but high impact. The parent group company is "Quality Living Group" (Slogan: Personalising Your Dream) with the brand being "Quality Living Developments". The two logos needs to be different but relatable through colour scheme or same font etc.
