Contest Brief
Need 3 logos designed for 3 new Class A apartment complexes. These are historic buildings in Downtown Norfolk, VA. I have included mood boards for each site below for inspiration. The logos should feel historic with a touch of modern and hip.
Complex names are:
The Fairfax
The Botetourt
The Savoy
Feel free to drop "The" from the logo... add in Apartments to balance out the logo if you would like... Creativity is encouraged.
I would describe the properties as
Botetourt Crips and Clean... its has bay windows that look at water views... has an incredible staircase that rises through the center of the building.
Fairfax old world grand
Savoy (listed as 161 on the attachments) swanky, hipster-ish, modern
