Contest Brief

I need a flyer I sketched out (attached) re-designed to be clean/professional.

Feel free to change everything about the look, but I need room left somewhere to insert our logo and the flow of the worksheet needs to stay in-tact.

To be delivered upon selection as contest winner:
Preferably vector file(s) in Illustrator format, but high resolution Photoshop file(s) would be acceptable. Images only. I will put together with text as small modifications may still need to be made. (Design must be original. Any use of stock imagery must be noted in contest submission with disclosure on licensing)
