I am looking to create window dressing for a backend product demo. 3 or 4 pages per vertical. Overall design can be similar but theme of vertical needs to come through. (Financial Services, Telco, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail/E-Commerce, Utilities)

I need a landing/login page, a form for submittal and what might represent an internal Customer Service intranet page to provide support.

Looking for someone with Design skills for some future work beyond this initial contest.

Page 1- Sample real life page but much simpler desired: Banking: https://www.bmoharris.com/main/personal/banking/online-banking/
Page 2 Would just be request Credit Card.
Page 3 for internal customer service might be Change Address page.

Looking for a series of themed facades to demo a product that would drive the pages...
