PLEASE EVERYONE BE ADVISED THAT MY PRINTER FOR THIS PROJECT HAS INFORMED ME THAT THEY CAN ONLY PRINT UP TO 10 COLORS. So he said if some designs are shaded too much or are too detailed, it's very easy to reach that limit. Please take into consideration when submitting proposals between now and when the contest ends. Thanks!

Okay, one more clarification ... when I say I want the t-shirt to "scream" I LOVE COUNTRY MUSIC, I didn't mean that LITERALLY. The shirt doesn't have to have the words I LOVE COUNTRY MUSIC on it. The design itself should relay the fact that the wearer loves country music. Feel free to use other slogans or phrases.

It's obvious to me that in my excitement for launching this contest that I probably wasn't clear enough about the overall objective. The design is to honor and/or pay tribute to COUNTRY MUSIC as a whole. Something any country music fan would relate to. Can't be about a single artist or a single song. With that caveat, here is the original posting ...

So if I knew EXACTLY what I needed, I probably wouldn't be here, right? What I need is a t-shirt design that is country music themed. SO, it would certainly help in this instance if you love (or at least like) country music. Maybe a guitar with names of famous country music artists forming the strings? Or something along those lines. I'm interested in originality and creativity. I'm no artist, and that's why I need your help. There are SOME criteria, of course. Artists being honored/recognized on the shirt need to date no further back than, say, Hank Williams (senior). And can include "modern" artists but shouldn't include any "newbies." Think Kip Moore as the cutoff. Of course, individual artist names aren't NECESSARY. If you've got an idea for a shirt design that screams "I LOVE COUNTRY MUSIC," then I want to see it! I'm wide open to possibilities, and to your ideas beyond that. Let's see what we come up with, shall we??? (There's an opportunity for additional projects beyond this initial shirt design, so hopefully whoever wins is someone I'll enjoy working with for a long time to come.)

Thanks to everyone for the new submissions and revised submissions! Please note my printer for this project is telling me a few of these wouldn't work because he can only do ten colors ... so when there's a lot of shading or variant colors in a design it won't work. Please keep this in mind. I'm sure if there's a problem with the winner, we can work it out after the contest closes.

  So my favorite music is along the lines of Willie Nelson's "My Heroes Have Always Been Heroes." So "Outlaw Country" is near and dear to my own heart. But that line of thought carries through to Steve Earle's "Copperhead Road" and on to Ryan Adams' "My Sweet Carolina" and beyond. Something that catches the flavor of the entire country music umbrella, the "singer/songwriter" genre of country music if you will.

Hello friend, I love music. All kind of music, since metal to ska, or country to tango the music of my country.
For my father I know real good bands from USA, Kenny Rogers, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Bill Monroe, Creedence Clearwater Revival. Theres a lot of artists, but my proposal would be something that join that spirit, something that bind all together.

Workin with some music, to inspire me. Love the contest.
