Contest Brief

We are looking to design a primary logo for our Las Vegas based realty company, "The Sherman Group". The logo should have a direct real estate feel, as it's strictly going to be used for a real estate company.

If possible, we would like it to play off of the attached logo of our sister company, but will consider all entries that follow the primary requirements of making the logo real estate based. The winner will take home $50!

*Edit - we would like the skyline to be artistically drawn, similar to the "design idea" image shown below.
