Contest Brief

I need renderings of hotel lobby and rooms. I have uploading images of the current layouts and a few example photos. The concept image with the black ceiling is an example for the lobby front desk. I would like the beams to be black with the ceiling and walls white, and vinyl flooring (like the image with the blue walls, similar to the image with the yellow pillows and goat) For the rooms I'd like an accent wall with the vinyl. I would also like 3 concepts for the lobby, and 2 for the rooms.
