3D Design Layout for New Non Dairy Frozen Yogurt Retail Location

Contest Brief

Our company is called "Coconutz by Renee"®. We sell the only fresh pressed cultured coconut cream soft serve in the United States. We are trying to set up our first store / kiosk and we are looking for 3D designs for the layout of the front of the store . These 3D designs need to include all of the color schemes that will go together with our Trademark LOGO which has been uploaded for your review. Feel free to design wall and other environmental graphics. Get CREATIVE! There are some assumptions that need to be taken such as the following...the total square footage of the location is approximately 600 square feet. This assumes that the front sales area is approximately 300 square feet and the back is another 300 square feet The. front area will be approximately 10 X 30 and the back will be 10 X 30. The back area only needs to show the open area that will be used for cleaning and storage. The front area has all of the design requirements. We are not necessarily asking you to design the back area as each back cleaning and storage area will most likely be different. You will also have to assume a total height of approximately 8-10 feet. The layouts need to center around a dispensing/sales counter. Behind the sales counter we will need to have at least 4 soft serve dispensing machines. It will need to include a cash register area near the sales counter. It will also need to include a sanitary hand wash sink for employees back near the dispensing area along with soap dispensers. We have uploaded several images that can show you what type of typical environment our store will be located in. It does not need seating or bathrooms. It will need to show an exterior sign that includes the logo which has also been uploaded. The 3D design needs to have several elevations that will show the stores layout from all different views (not just what it looks like from the front). It will also need to have a 2 dimensional floorpan that includes the placement for all main necessities such as dispensing area with frozen yogurt machines, display counter for adding all of our toppings to the frozen soft serve desserts, sales register, hand wash sinks, etc. Again, feel free to get creative and know that this is a coconut cream based product. It is a tropical extremely healthy food and our mission is to share this guilt free pleasure with the world. We are not looking for the layout of the back of the store where all the cleaning supplies and washing is done. We are only looking for the front end of the store/kiosk

    I do like it. Is this something you can expand on and show different angles? The layout is going to be about 10 x 30 feet in the front retail area. The back area is going to be 10 x 30 and will be used just for storage and cleaning so the back will have a triple basin sink, refrigerator and cleaning area and storage. This is going to be given to our potential customer in Dubai, UEA for them to use to find a new location in a Mall. There will most likely be other businesses next to this as it will be in a food court type area. They need to present this to a real estate developer to see if it would work to be built in their mall type area. In the future, we will also need designs for a typical brick and mortar store that stands by itself and then also a designer a concession trailer layout. Please let me see updates to consider your abilities

    The front dimensions will be approximately 10 X 30 and the back will be about the same. The design layout should include mainly the front layout because we are just using the back for cleaning and storage. You can just show the back as an open area about the same size as the front
