Contest Brief

Our library service created a new Delivery and Click'n'Collect flow from scratch using multiple systems and I have been presenting this to other services and media outlets. This project is seeking to create a visual representation of this flow that can be used in conjunction with what I am saying.

I have attached a concept I created, but effectively we need to show the community side requesting through our website, staff packing the boxes, the automated scripts dealing with external vendors to coordinate shipping and then getting the items in people's hands.

We want something that is visually engaging, but simple to view. It needs to show the flow from user through staff, through automated systems, through delivery and into the users hands. A good part of the story is the analytics we have had since launching it in April 2020.
