Contest Brief

I want to create an online dashboard tool using Ruby on Rails.

On opening the site, it asks user to open a spreadsheet.

Spreadsheet is in specific format - see attached example.

Once spreadsheet has opened, content is displayed as a dashboard - mockup of dashboard attached:
- header text is taken from cell B1
- data in the table is shown as a series of dials below the header
- one menu item is added for each sheet in the workbook
- on opening one of the menu items, the list of comments is displayed

UPDATE - 2020.04.06 - Contest winner must provide ROR code to achieve the desired functionality
