Contest Brief

I'd like to create the artwork in the file attached.

The goal is an exact copy of the artwork in Illustrator format.

Canvas Size: 14" x 16" The artwork does not have to be this size. The width of the artwork should be 14", however. Please only create the artwork and not the blue behind it. A transparent background is preferred. I'm only interested in the design. I do not just want a vectored version of the file. Please straighten the lines in the text.
