***Please can you make the width of any entries a minimum of 1920 pixels, and please avoid using flash if possible. Also the Monopoly Logo needs to be added to all sale boards***

I have a design for a cartoon street scene and I need it animating so it shows a man and his dog walking down the street and stopping at certain houses that have "for sale" signs outside or removal vans. The animation will go onto the home page of an estate agents website.

It would be good if the man could stop and turn to look at the house that were for sale. Then create a speech bubble that would say "nice house! Monopoly mmm."

I would also like the "for sale" signs to stand out somehow. Maybe with flashing lights round them. Something to attract the man to the house.

I have attached an image of the street and an image of the man and woman walking a dog. (please remove the background if possible). I have also attached an image of a removal van which can also be used.

Please wait for my entry. Everybody has sent smooth animation in video formats. Nobody can create smooth GIF from these videos below than 25-30 mb files sized. It is to high size and heavy for web banners.

  No, due to the size (width) of the animation SVG images are the better option (because of resolution independency too, compared to GIF). The complete repeated animation can be achieved using SVG+CSS3 animations only but it's much more flexible with javascript library, especially if it doesn't add more than few tens of K to total (not 200+ K of some libraries!).
