We want a folder and a brochure.
The brochure can be a booklet that can be inserted inside of the folder. The folder needs to have very nice covers. We want something very CREATIVE, VIBRANT, ELEGANT & PROFESSIONAL.
The brochure is for a restoration company
services include:
Water Damage Cleanup
Fire Damage Cleanup
Mold Remediation
Asbestos Abatement
Demolition
Storm Damage Restoration
Reconstruction

As for the pages of the brochure: We need a total of 6 pages including front cover and back cover. The inside of the front and back cover will have content as well.
We want to remove the small house from the front cover. The front cover should have a picture of a high rise, condo or commercial property .

  Pages should be multiples of 4... 6 Pages will make 2 page to stick inside... It is safe to make it total 8 pages and pin it in the center
