Contest Brief

I'm looking for someone to help me design a big sticker that will go on the back of a boat for a friend. I need it both designed and sent in a format that it can be cut on a vinyl cutter like silhouette. File formats STUDIO.DXF.PNG.JPEG.BMP.GIF.TIFF.PDF.
Boat sticker needs to be roughly 3 feet wide and 2 feet tall.
Want someone who is good with graphic design to help me design it.
He wants it to be bright blue for the main color. But open to silver or green or??? Surface it is going on is white/ivory color.
He wants "cool font and some creative aspects" so come up with some neat ideas.
Needs to say:

LEVERAGE...
Stealing Life Back 4U!

The top two lines should be big and bold, and the "paid for by sawdust" should be a smaller size and font down below it. Possible to be in a different color also.
