Contest Brief

I need 3 different designs for feather banners on an adobe photoshop template. Must be submitted in .psd format so I can make changes if necessary.
Do not flatten layers in final submission. I designed them but do not like my design. I will send you my designs so you have an idea of what I want. Potential customers have to be able to read the signs while driving down the street and they blow in the wind, so not too busy. Maybe neon bright text. I will send you instructions and the template You must follow instructions. I will award the project in 3 days.
