Contest Brief

Add many tiny tiny little blue explosions, on earth, some flashing. After the 20 second mark
You may delete anything before 20 seconds

Instructions:

1. Download in 4k: https://youtu.be/fQTqR0bV5TQ

2. Delete the first 20 seconds or so. Start at around 0:24. Create (keyframe) little blue beams of light/explosions.... some flickering, some flashing, some steady blue light hardly flickering. Make the little blue lights as tiny as possible. But many. Some bunched up in close groupings, some spread out across the land, way off in the distance.

3. Upload in 4k
