Respected sir, Here I submitted the ground floor plan for the area 40' x 75'. As you have asked for the house which must have a good ventilation and natural light, I have designed in such a way that the sun rays when it is on east side, will fall directly in to the garden of the house which will give a healthy environment to the house and also I provided sufficient natural ventilation supply to the house as per your requirement.
