  The title should be the largest text, placing emphasis on the name of the film. The top header and sub-heading tagline about medium size. Keep in mind that the final poster size will be used later to create a 10'X'10 banner so you want to the sizes to have flexibility. The bottom production credits should be small to medium size. I hope this helps.
