Hello;

I have designed a single level home using Sweet home design the files are attached.
The proportions in the file are correct and I have attached the block dimensions - for block 275. Note the block dimensions are not symmetrical as per the sweet home file.

The front of the house will have amazing water views of a beach.

I need the current drawing coverted to sketchup and interior rendered and exterior rendered. It would be great if the building could be rendered onto a satellite imagee block itself so we can view how it would look in reality.

I need the render in two days time - I will select the winning party to do further work on the design with.

I will also need side and front elevations. Please note that block as a 2.00m sloe built into to it so the front room steps down a 1m and has exposed rafters.
